Refund policy

We want you to pay only for something you find useful.

First payment: 7-day refund

If you're not happy with your first month on any plan, email hello@askranked.com within 7 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full through PayPal. No need to give a reason.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Service problems

If an outage on our side meant your weekly checks didn't run, tell us and we will credit or refund the affected period.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your PayPal payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal and your bank.
